- Wash the outside, you never know who handled your produce before you did.
- Cut in half.
- Scoop the seeds and "strings" out.
- Decide how you will cook it, and do it!
- Flake it up with a fork.
- Eat it!
How to cook it!
- Microwave?
- Microwave each side for 10 minutes.
- Boil?
- Toss it in boiling water
- I don't care for this, it is too moist, then requires draining
- Steam?
- Steam over boiling water for about 15-20 minutes
- Personal favorite
- Bake?
- Never tried, but I imagine it would be dry? Maybe Broil?
